If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems.
We want you to be extremely satisfied with your order from Tixteen. If you are not completely satisfied with client products for video, please let us know within the 10-day return period.
1.In case the selected influencer does not accept your request, You can choose another or opt open for the influencer. Refund only in case your campaign will reject two times from the influencer side for the same campaign. In the refund amount, we deduct 20% Service charges and applicable taxes thereon and then we refund after a complete period of 30 days.
2.In the case of clients buying influencers, Then he needs to use influencers for working 15 days. After 15 days we are not responsible for any kind of misplaced products.
3.Influencers must deliver video after receiving products in 72 hours & without products 48 hours, for payment claim
4.Influencers must first take approval from our Tixteen Department & submit the same video on the registered platforms and other social profiles for claim payment.
5.If a client wants to change an influencer after a complete procedure.
1. Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
2. Orders once placed cannot be canceled, unless Tixteen is unable to fulfill the order in any way. In case of cancellation of order after delivery of the gift/service, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery of the service and we shall work on a mutually agreeable solution.
1. Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control.
2. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product.
3. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
